I rarely drink coffee, but perhaps I could do some research to give more traditional brewing a try.

Not at all, really. I suppose the process of making it could be, but the product itself is not much different than standard sausages. I ate it quite a bit growing up thanks to my travels.

Oh I see. Something akin to sundae. I've had it served to me in a Korean restaurant. It wasn't terrible.
